The product has been received well packaged and into the time limit. Despite of the good quality of the tape, unfortunatelly, the problem has been other than head cleanning.

I was watching a tape on my camera and I saw Grey lines. I knew my video heads were dirty but I didn't know it would look like that. So after recording 60 hr I guess you need to clean the thing. Or it was my camcorer breaking. I knew taking it for service would cause me at least 60 buck plus repairs. I didn't want to take it into be serviced. Lucky for me this JVC model was on sale. I was gonna get a Sony one to match my camera, but the price of $5.00 made me pick the JVC and it worked great.

35mm vibrating DOF adapter on a cheap JVC mini dv camera
Hi to you all! This is my version of Jorge A Sepulveda's pancake motor vibrating DOF adapter. The clip you are seeing is from my first test so ratings and comments accepted with pleasure. For my version of the adapter, I used an old Pentax zoom lens (specifically the Pentax-F 35-80mm F:4-5.6) which is not very bright but seems to do the job! For the focusing screen I used a small piece of ttranslucent acetate paper-the one used in wedding envelopes. The pancake motor came from a brand new gillette fusion power (!!!) electric razor which I destroyed upon purchase. The video has minor noise and levels adjustments in sony vegas Enjoy!!
