Product Description
JVC research shows that consumers` biggest problem with in-ear headphones is their tendency to fall out. The HA-FX66 headphones tackle that problem by using a soft silicon rubber air cushion for the earpiece body. In addition, the headphones come with three different size silicon rubber and memory foam cushion earpieces for the best possible fit. The result is an in-ear headphone that stays securely in place while remaining comfortable. What`s more, the design also provides superior isolation from background noise, allowing the user to get the most out of the headphone`s 8.5mm neodymium driver. Noise caused by cord movement is also minimized because of the headphone`s Friction Noise Reduction Cord. vibration-proof structure. The HA-FX66 also includes a carrying case for easy transport.

5 out of 5 stars Great comfortable buds for small ears and small earcanals!!!   July 19, 2010
Greg Mardis (Arkansas)
These are great earbuds! They are great for people like me who have small ears and small ear canals. They remain in place no matter if I am running on the treadmill or just moving around in the office. I would have loved to have a little more bass and volume control, but as hard as it has been to find earbuds for me, I can deal. Love them and plan to order more just because they seem to be getting pretty hard to find! Almost perfect find, definitely the perfect fit!

4 out of 5 stars Great earbuds for working out   July 8, 2010
2008 CRNA (Ooltewah, TN)
I'm not sure why people love the standard iphone/ipod earbuds. They are extremely uncomfortable after wearing them a short period. Sound quality is nothing spectacular but then, if you truly cared about sound you wouldn't be looking at earbuds for under $20 right?

Well for those of us who enjoy our music and want great value in earbuds, look not further. These JVC earbuds are the most SECURE & COMFORTABLE pair you will use. It comes with various cushions to adapt to your ear canal from small to large. There are even some memory foam cushions (but I find that they are painful in your ear after a while). I use these primarily for working out in the gym. The cushion bumper that sits against your outer ear canal is very comfortable. Others that allowed the hard plastic of the earbud to sit in your ear would leave a sore spot after the constant tension brought on from constantly moving around. Becuase I am constantly switching exercises from standing to laying on a bench and these stay put. Period. The only other type of headphones that would stay put were the standard headband style (Sony S2). The problem with behind the neck headphones is that when I lay on a bench, the band is pushed up and it displaces the earphones.

The only complaint with these earbuds is that the cord is not adjustable like some headphones/earbuds (i.e. a cord management option) and the cord is under the standard 4 ft length (a plus for me since I wear my iphone on my arm but might be a problem if you use a hip belt).

5 out of 5 stars The best of all   June 17, 2010
iPhoner (Brazil)
You just can't believe what is it!!! The best phone I ever had!!!! It doesn't fall from your ears. The isolations is perfect. there is a rubber part and it fixes in the semi-internal part of your ears and the silicon phone inside your ears. The sound is gourgeous!!! The cons is the cable lenght, too short. Very short, only 1 meter (1 metro). You can't use the phone with you iPhone or MP3 player inside your bag or pocket paints... But the cable, sound, product quality is perfect!! I was thinking to buy a Shure Scl5, but I don't need anymore, I found this JVC, for only US$13,00.

5 out of 5 stars Would easily pay 2-3 times as much   May 20, 2010
luvmusic (Midwest, USA)
I bought 4 pairs of these for $11 /ea on a blowout special on another site and I feel like I won the lottery. I've never owned any high end earphones so I can't make a direct comparison, but these are flat out (no pun intended) the best sounding and most comfortable earphones I've ever used. I would have to echo all the praises of the other 5 star reviews so I won't bother being redundant here. I use them mostly for the gym and running and they are completely secure and great at blocking out external sound. The soundstage is very loud and full. I agree with the users who mentioned that both highs and lows are pretty boosted. I tend to like that kind of EQ (I listen mostly to pop and rock), but if you are an audiophile looking for a flatter and more "accurate" sound these may not be for you; to me the overall sound is very pleasing. I haven't had them long so I can't comment on the build quality or durability, but I am hoping they last a very long time.

5 out of 5 stars Better than expected   April 21, 2010

In the past, I've bought some inexpensive headphones before, and I loved them. I needed a new pair, so based off of the reviews left behind, I decided to give these a try. They're pretty good; very comfortable and has a great sound.
