| Customer Reviews: Not bad , but not the best...price was right...free.So overall very satisfied. June 17, 2010 TIGERHD (FL , USA) Sound could be better, but then asking too much for something that was free after buying another product. For the price I got these for,I can live with any disparity.I would say these are okay for general all around usage, and would not be distraught if lost or broken.
Would not buy again for my purpose May 17, 2010 Denice Baker 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Thin sound, short cord, broke easily. If you need a shorter cord and will be listening to mainly voice, these might be ok for you if, you treat them gently. I needed a longer 4 ft cord and wanted full sound. I needed the ear buds to be durable enough to stuff in my pocket or purse while I toted my audio around.
These didn't last long.
Nice to have as an extra set May 11, 2010 Dinah (MA) THe sound is OK and the volume is OK. I will not be able to use in an area with background noise. They will work as an extra set and for use in a quiet place.
Little but LOUD! January 25, 2010 L. D. Brogdin (Oxnard, CA USA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
These little earbuds pack a nice punch, about 25% louder that similar ones that I have collected.
I'll give the others away and keep these with the mp3 player.
**WARNING** These are NOT free with Blue Proton order. (Scam??!) December 16, 2009 ac (United States) 54 out of 55 found this review helpful
***WARNING*** If you are ordering this item thinking you will get it for free as one of Blue Proton's advertised "specials" for buying one of their other items, DON'T! I did, and the cost in the cart was NOT affected at all. Worse, soon after placing the order, I received an email stating that the primary item (an SD card for $[...]) was not available, so the order was summarily canceled by them. I figured the earbuds, as the freebie included with the order, would also be canceled. This is how any other merchant would handle this situation. Nope, not Blue Proton. Next thing I knew, I received a shipping confirmation email stating the earbuds had already been shipped, and they charged me for postage. So these "free" earbuds cost me $8.94: $4.95 for the earbuds and another $[...] for shipping. Smells suspiciously like a scam to me. It's not worth returning them and having to pay shipping to do so. Can you say RIPOFF?!!
As to how the actual earbuds perform, I'll update this review when I get them, I guess. Just wanted to get a warning out there since a lot of people are probably falling for this.
